HISTORY

Aston Capital Management LLC was incorporated in April 2015, initially in the Cayman Islands.

In 2016, the firm established its U.S. office in Coral Gables, Florida, and was registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in early 2018.

Aston Fund began investing in September 2015, while Aston Fund U.S. commenced investments in June 2017.
